About Sukoon
Sukoon (سكون — Arabic for calm, stillness, peace) is a barbershop management platform built for the way real shops here actually run: Arabic-first, right-to-left, priced in dollars or lira, calm by design. It launches in Lebanon. The other markets we built for — the Gulf and Egypt — are postponed until Lebanon is right, and their currencies, tax rules and receipts are still in the product waiting for them.
We started with single-branch shops, because that is where the messy scheduling, reviews and stock live. Once that works without friction, multi-branch and white-label come next.
What we believe
- Calm beats powerful. A focused tool you reach for is worth more than a Swiss-army app.
- Records are part of the product, not an add-on. Tax, invoices and an audit trail nobody can edit, built in from the first day.
- Local by default. Arabic that reads right to left everywhere, prices in dollars or lira, VAT the Lebanese way — set from the start, not settings you have to find.
